Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed, whether it be to change the size, colour, quantity or delete an item.

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it, however, and we would like to reassure you that for a credit card payment you have not been charged for this order and therefore there is no refund.

If this period has passed, you will receive the order and can return it free of charge by creating a return from your customer account.

Can I make an exchange? Ex: Colour, Size, Quantity...
