Orders paid with Paypal, Sofort and Ideal are refunded once the cancellation request is made. For orders paid with other means of payment (e.g. credit cards), funds are only debited at the time of shipment of the order, so no debit is made, and no refund is to be expected.

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it.
